Alberto "Sipi" Frezza is one of the main actors of Dead of Summer, portraying the role of Garrett Sykes.

Biography

Life and Career

Frezza is an actor and director born in Milan, Italy and raised in Ethopia. He grew up as an athlete and Juventus fan with hopes of becoming a professional soccer player. During this same time, however, Frezza discovered the movie Stand By Me, and his love of film and acting was born. Frezza watched the movie after school, and each day he would envision himself as a future actor.

Frezza was contemplating college applications when he first met a rep from the New York Film Academy on a school day. He was accepted, and then and there he launched his dream of becoming an actor. Frezza began a two-year program in 2007, starring in numerous student and school projects along the way. In 2009, Frezza graduated from the New York film school and headed to Los Angeles.

Frezza has appeared on the television series: Charlie's Angels and Touch. He played Max in the film, Angel Falls In Love and Antonino in Battle Force. In March 2015, Frezza was announced to have been cast as Officer Frank on the female cop procedural drama Broad Squad. However, ABC passed the project the following May.

In February 2016, Frezza joined the main cast of Freeform's Dead of Summer as Garrett Sykes.
